Poverty, inequality and deprivation are all at play, as Scotland continues to slide down further, all the while legal weed factories pop up around them.
How fair is for the people of Scotland that the rich are allowed to grow ‘medical cannabis’ for foreign markets, while Scots themselves struggle for work and escapism from the drab and dreary?

We look at what it would take to legalise cannabis in the same manner that Canada has done it, and what the end results might be.
